Service Description

"Fight To Live" is an experimental course designed to simulate combat stress through vigorous exercise and scenario-based courses of fire. This course will put you - and your gear - to the test. It is HIGHLY recommended that you've completed Defensive Pistol, and are in good physical shape and don't have any medical issues that can be induced by HARD physical labor. Drills May Consist Of (But Are NOT Limited To:) -Timed Runs up to a Mile in Length (With or Without Kit) -Calisthenics (Burpees, Pushups, Abdominal Exercises, Sprints) -Kettlebell Workouts (Swings, Get-Ups, Hijacks, Carries) -Buddy Drags and Carries -Glove/Pad Drills (Striking, Boxing) Our goal is to push you to your physical breaking point so you can learn how to fight through exhaustion and duress. Each drill is voluntary - if you want to excuse yourself to take a break, doing so will not bar you from completing further drills (We don't want people to die of heatstroke). However, this may be your only opportunity to get live-fire repetitions when you've put the pedal to the medal and the gas tank has run out. Students may be asked to "Cold Soak" in buckets of ice water to get their core temperature down (or go for a "swim" in local water features. Not only does this suck, it helps you cool off. You don't need to be a triathlete to attend - you just need the mindset to push bast your breaking point, and never quit despite what your body's telling you.
