Instructor Bio
Levi Carter - Owner, Chief Instructor
Starting life as a traditional "Gun Guy" - a regular, middle class dude with internet access and too much time on his hands, he quickly became infatuated with combat, firearms and self-defense Law.
He enlisted in the U.S. Army at 17 as a Combat Engineer (12B), with the desire to fight for the United States and receive the world's best combat training, accelerating quickly through the ranks and teaching his fellow soldiers his passion - firearms, tactics and teamwork.
Quickly realizing that much of the military's training was sub-par (and that many civilian instructors were light-years ahead regarding tactics), he hit the books and started training all over the United States with the worlds most formidable and skilled firearm instructors.
After receiving his Bachelor's in Science at the University of North Georgia in Criminal Justice, Levi went to work in Private Security and Close Protection, protecting VIP's and property from the high rises of Buckhead to the crime-ridden streets of Eastside Atlanta. Pairing his experiences with his passion for learning, and many private and public shooting lessons for multiple ranges and training companies, Levi realized his passion wasn't just learning- it was teaching.

Exposition
Protectors come in all shapes and sizes, and skillsets don't always transfer across worlds. The badass 20-Year Army Special Forces Veteran may not give the best defense advice to the mother of four getting viciously assaulted in a Walmart parking lot, and vice versa.
What these people have in common is their Mindset, or their will. Without proper Mindset, the skills necessary to survive a lethal force encounter aren't attained.
